We only collect what we need to help you:

  • Contact & booking details — your name, email address, phone number, and any message or notes you send through our contact and consultation-scheduling forms.
  • Chat inputs — anything you type into our on-site chat if you choose to use it.
  • Basic analytics — non-identifying usage data such as pages visited and general device/browser type, used to understand how the site is performing.

We do not ask for sensitive financial account numbers or government IDs through this website.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and questions.
  • To schedule and manage your consultations and mediation.
  • To prepare the documents and provide the services you request.
  • To improve our website, content, and service quality.

We never sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising to third parties.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
